What is your shipping policy?

We offer free postage on all orders over £8.  We use Royal Mail second class post

What is your return policy for girls hair accessories?

We will accept returns if the item is faulty.  You have up to 14 days from receiving the item to inform us at sales@bows4schools.com.  We will either replace the items or issue a refund if you prefer
