We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. If you would like to return an item, please contact us first and we will provide you with the return address and instructions. The cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. If you require a different item, colour or size, please return your original item and place a new order. Once we receive and check the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are processes within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
