At bows4schools, we want you to love your purchase and our return and Refund  policy is designed to be simple and fair.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene reasons, hair accessories that have been worn, tried on cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including postage costs, once the item has been inspected.

How to Return

  1. Email our customer service team at sales@bows4schools.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely and send it back within 14 days of receiving approval.

  4. Keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return.

  • Postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
